Summary: Leftys are as bad as the conservtives
Review: Moore obviously learned nothing from the scores of radical Republicans who tried to overthrow Clinton for 8 years. Moore completely distorts truths to try to attack the president of the United States. He's nothing more than the Ken Starr of this decade.. I expected more from this guy but this book is a pack of lies.

Summary: Polemic Reviews for Polemic Books
Review: Responding to last last post, I seriously doubt that David Rhodes has read "Dude, Where's My Country". If one bothers to check his other reviews, he gives one star to Al Franken and "Stupid White Men", while giving 4 stars to Ann Coulter (now there is someone who is full of it!) and 5 stars to Laura Ingraham. Needless to say, I doubt that he ran out to buy this book, read it in one night, and then bash it without addressing a single issue that he disagrees with. Unlikely, at best.

That said, as usual, Michael Moore has written another polemic book with excellent facts, unlike the facts used by his opposing author, Ann Coulter (see Al Franken). While I agree with the facts, his presentation is sometimes overly dramatic and stretchs the truth to short of the breaking point, but I suppose that's what makes it funny. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interesting in the facts, as I also would like to know why the Bin Laden family was flown out of the US when no other planes were allowed to fly. Seems a little shady to me.

Summary: How does he get away with it??
Review: Moore plays fast and loose with facts and then slams others for doing the same. This guy is amazing. And for all those who think "Bowling" is a documentary - use a dictionary. "Bowling" is a work of fiction made worse by the subject being a tragedy.

Summary: problems and solutions
Review: It's one thing to know the problems, it's another to know the solution? I also recommend 'Prayer for America' by Dennis Kucinich

Summary: A Question for Michael Moore
Review: Michael Moore has recently asked seven inane questions, addressed to President Bush, under the arrogant presumption that he is doing so "on behalf of" the victims of the World Trade Center attack. If he is even aware of what his words mean, this fat pig can only mean that he regards himself as the moral or political spokesman of the victims; a disgraceful and disrespectful act of corpse-robbing since none of those people gave him permission to speak for them.

Well Michael, I myself have a question for you, and I'll ask it with similar egomaniacal immodesty, on behalf of everyone who is not a complete bloody idiot.

Why have you refused to issue corrections for books like Stupid White Men that have been savaged in the press for the unusually high rate of errors and misrepresentations they contain?

You know the savaging I'm talking about. Liberals alone account for an astonishing number of the critical beatings you've received, as you can find on any number of liberal websites, including, SPINSANITY. And since they're your natural allies, that's not good.

Unfortunately, it's not just your books that appear to have been written in a haze of euphoria after doubling up on your meds. People keep finding numerous errors of fact in your documentaries and television programs too, some of which you've quietly corrected in re-issue without accepting responsibility for the original distortion. Yet a film, even moreso than a book, must be painstakingly edited and undergo review by many people over a lengthy post-production schedule. Only you could have had the veto power to keep a lie in. How is it that your falsehoods survived this vetting process?

Hey, maybe this is one of the reasons Mother Jones fired you for incompetence.

Summary: Fictitious Book from a Fictitious Man
Review: C-R-A-P! He films liberal propaganda and calls it a documentary. He writes another book full of lies and calls it the truth. Did anyone read the book description - I'd say Moore was comparing himself to Christ if he wasn't an anti-religion zealot. Moore is a shining example of the infectious, communist waste ruining this country and this book is his pamphlet for furthering the decline of humanity. Don't buy.

Summary: Everyone should READ this book!!!
Review: First of all, if you're going to review a book, you should actually READ it -- I'm referring to Mr. Rhodes who reviewed this book and others. He obviously is part of the RIGHT WING camp and only reads their literature of which he gives 4-5 stars. It's so obvious that he didn't actually read any of Moore's or Franken's books. He just writes generalized hate comments about them. If he actually READ them, he could make a more informed review of the book and look into the FACTS that he claims are all lies. For those of who read it or interested in reading it, it's an absolutely truthful book by an author who is smart and courageous enough to write it. Hooray for Moore! Go check out his other stuff, i.e. Bowling for Columbine, etc....

Summary: Face it, you'll never be rich
Review: Yes, that's an actual title of a chapter from the book. By reading this book and believing garbage that is contained within you will live up to the title of that chapter, you'll never be rich. That pretty much wraps up this book, it's a negative book that tells you everything you can't do and why you can't do it. It never offers any real solutions, just gloom and doom.

Basically this book will appeal to people who hate America. So if that sounds appealing to you, pick up the book because I'm sure you'll enjoy.

However if you have even the slightest amount of hope about your future - run away from this book, run far far away.

Summary: The Quintessential Embodiment of Truth
Review: I'd like to present a question to anyone who believes Michael More is lying to the world populus. Can you prove it? If son, can you use this communication medium to do so?

Finally, we are not exposed to the brainwash of our biased media. O'Reilly(Spin Factor),Savage(welfare nation),Limbaugh(Espy award winner),Matthews(recall-channel)

In this book, Mr. Moore analyzes the lies of the Bush Administration with real evidence. Moore sheds a bright light the rogue states that collaborate with our regime and how the media doesn't bother to portray the facts since they are not real-time boombastic (i.e. bombing Iraq, shock and awe, classical music in the background while innocent victims die).

Summary: Not all that funny...
Review: With the first chapter under my belt, I'm floored by the implications so far presented. I laughed outloud at the Homeland Security seal of approval - but that's it so far. This book is NOT a comedy (a tragi-comedy, maybe) but instead a sad commentary on the state of political affairs - where the prez's family places saving face and billions in blood money far above the lives of U.S. citizens. This country should revolt against the corrupt command and crush the current administration and its hate-breeding machine. Bush is the worst prez 'never' elected in this country. His admnistration are traitors, unpatriotic and should be publicly flogged for their crimes against this country, its constitution and its citizens. They (Karl Rove, John Ashcroft, Roger Ailes, Dick Cheney) are a bigger threat to freedom and the working class than any foreign terrorist. The real enemy combatants are not only in this country - they run it. Time for regime change. Call it class warfare (Limbaugh, Coulter, Hannity). We didn't throw the first stone - but we just might fling the last.
