Rating: Summary: This is diet food? Review: What a great follow-up book to Looney Spoons (even better)! The entire book is funny and light-hearted, literly. I have made the Strip T's (turkey strips), grilled pineapple and coconut rice with great success. Perfect recipe book even if you aren't on a diet. You can turn to any recipe and know that it is good for you. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes to cook or just wants a good laugh at food.
Rating: Summary: I just love Crazy Plates! Review: When Crazy Plates first arrived I spent that afternoon just reading the interesting facts. Cooking 101 and the E Files kept me well entertained. Then I made the Six- Million- Dollar Manicotti and knew I was hooked. My husband and I loved it and my 5 and 6 year old daughters asked for seconds. Right then I knew that this book was going to be a life saver. Healthy cooking made fun that tastes delicious, what a great idea!
Rating: Summary: The cookbook I always go to Review: Within the first two weeks after I had purchased this cookbook, I had prepared seven dishes - and each was delicious !!! The sweet and sour pork recipe was better than even the best restaurant version I've had. Don't miss the enchilada casserole either - everything in the book, so far, takes little time to prepare and is wonderful - especially great to use for dinners after you come home from work - as long as you have some fresh vegetables around the house, you'll be able to find a tasty recipe.I think this cookbook is so great - I've given it as a gift to my mom and a couple of friends.
