Rating: Summary: Not as good as prima guide.Steven Review: It is not very good.I give it a 0!Buy the prima it is much better!!!
Rating: Summary: O.K, Great, O.K Review: It was O.k. I used it alot, but I did not like the lauguage (swearing) used in the book. I though for thouroughness, it was O.Kish. Sometimes I would get confused. If you had descibed the terrain, and souroundings a little more, it would have been better. Your forest temple section was horrible.
Rating: Summary: Better than Zelda? It can be done! Review: Just recently my friend was telling me about a game called the Oracle's Prophecy, a game that he said was very much like Ocarina of Time, but better. I told him that this was not possible, but he kept talking, and I gradually became convinced that this game could indeed be better than Zelda 64. Even though it is not by Nintendo (actually by Phat-head), it sounds like it might stand a chance against even a sellout like Legend of Zelda. There are going to be more spells, more weapons, better graphics (it's possible), and from what I hear, more fun. I figured that I was doing Zelda fans a favor by letting them in on this secret. It may come out for many platforms, but maybe it will only be for the 64. I just cannot wait until Phat-head releases it. GO, PHAT-HEAD!!!!!
Rating: Summary: this book is tightest book every! Review: Me and my friend bought this book because I was stuck in the water temple and he was stuck in the fire temple. This book gives great details on the temples and other places to get the stuff you need and in some cases you don't need you just want.
Rating: Summary: Thorough, informative, and amusing! Review: Not only does this book tell you where all the items are and give detailed instructions on acquiring stuff, getting through the dungeons, and killing enemies, it is written in a witty, wisecracking style. Just thumbing through it is enjoyable - there are funny captions and smart remarks peppered throughout. I also appreciated the fact that it doesn't ruin any of the plot.
Rating: Summary: This is an invaluable resource to anybody that has Zelda64. Review: Probebly best stated like this: I watched people play around for hours and get no where. With this book, you're guarenteed to find nearly all items, bottles, etc. I found myself consistantly refering to the guide before I even stepped in the right direction. This book has it all.
Rating: Summary: The Zelda perfect guide is a pretty cool magazane Review: the book is goo
Rating: Summary: A Guide Well Worth your Money Review: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time used to be the most frustrating video game I had ever played! I searched through every nook and cranny of the game to try and beat it, but I tirelessly failed. I even bought the Official Strategy guide, which just frustrated me more than anything. Then I found this gem at my supermarket. This guide is a godsend to all of those who want to truly master the game (or for those like me, who are just struggling to get through it.) It has a comprehensive walkthrough of the game, a plethora of indices covering all of the heart pieces, skulltulas, and much more; and it explains all of the sidequests, minigames, and equipment that you may have never known existed! And to top it off, the guide doesn't spoil a moment. To sum it up, if you own Zelda: OoT, I highly recommend you buy this players guide.

Rating: Summary: This guide is the best guide ever created Review: The story with me and this guide goes back a long way. When I was in 6th grade, I didn't have a 64,but I read all the reviews and prostrategy guides from magazines like GamePro about this game my friends told me how cool it was,but I knew I would never get to play it. I moved back up to Maryland from Florida after school was out in FL.Over the summer I completely almost forgot about the game. When school for 7th grade started,I met up with all my old friends, then when I went over to one of my friends houses to spend the night,I saw that he had the game and I finally got to play it,and I loved it,and then I saw this stategy guide, with the front page torn off,but boy was it detailed and did it ever have a great walkthrough of the dungeons and gold skultulla's,ect. After I got my 64 a few weeks later,I always borrowed his game along with the guide, eventually I finnaly considered that this guide will always be the best guide that was ever created.Over the summer before I went to the eighth grade,I bought this game, but was almost shocked to death to read that this guide went out of print, but Casey Loe had the book re-printed and I went and got it pretty soon afterwards,in fact,I bought 2 guides so I could keep one in mint condition and one to read through. Well this is the summer before I go into high school, but I guess I'm maturing and am going to have to grow out of this stuff eventually.Man,2 years go by fast, but just rememeber, this was the best selling strategy guide ever made, and possibly the best one ever created, the detail in this guide is perfect, and the design of it is awesome. And You might think this review wasn't helpful, because it wasn't supposed to be.And don't worry, this book is going to be reprinted later this august.
