Summary: WOW! WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH WEBTV!!!
Review: ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS BOOK!!! I'VE HAD WEBTV FOR 2 YEARS AND NOT UNTIL A MONTH AGO WHEN I STUMBLED ACROSS THIS BOOK DID I HAVE ANY IDEA OF ALL THE THINGS I COULD DO WITH WEBTV. LIKE SET UP A WEBPAGE, KEEP A SCRAPBOOK OF IMAGES FROM THE INTERNET. HAVE ACCESS TO 6 ACCOUNTS GIVING ME LOTS MORE SPACE FOR MORE SAVED IMAGES AND WEBPAGES. I CAN ADD MUSIC TO MY WEBPAGES ALSO. I DONT' FEEL SO LEFT OUT OF THINGS (NOT HAVING A COMPUTER) NOW. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND IT!

Summary: A must have book. I would be lost without it!
Review: After having Webtv for two weeks I needed something like this. I was totally lost until received my copy. I am surprized that Webtv shippers don't pack a real guide like this. On screen helps are no help if you have to back-track a great deal. To save time.

One key item was the 20 yellow pages of http address for Webtvers; Key items like where to find graphics and so forth.

I would have gotten rid of my Webtv unit if t were not for this book.

Summary: A Must Have
Review: I bought this book in January of 1999. I did not know anything about the web and this book answered all my questions in an easy to read format. I then let my mom borrow it as she just bought webtv plus. She wouldn't be without it. It is a book everyone can use.

Summary: A must have book. I would be lost without it!
Review: I had a minor problem with the yellow pages, section D-20 "Basic Word Processor" in my search using the address supplied I could not locate I feel this would be invaluable due to not having to enter the html codes for bold, italic etc.May I contact you on any other addresses that don't work? This book is the bible for webtv users. Even the manufactuer does not supply this information. This book should be packaged with each unit sold. Thanks -RM

Summary: Dummies Books Are The Best!
Review: I have been reviewing many of the "Dummies" books for the past year, not only the internet ones, but also those on other subjects. I find them entertaining and written in such a way that the writer seems like a friend looking over your shoulder, guiding your steps."WebTV for Dummies" was a lifesaver! I wanted to do more with my webby than just surf the net and chat, and "Dummies" showed me how to find what I needed. The "cheat sheets" are great; a fast, easy-to-find guide that I don't have to search through the whole book to find. This was the first reference book I bought after I got my webby, and probably will be the onlyone, unless they come out with another!Go, Dummies!
