Summary: Amend never disappoints...
Review: Again, another enjoyable read from Bill Amend. Great to sit down with on a rainy day (and it's hurricane season here in FL, so we've had some good rainy days of late)for some good, long laughs. You can't go wrong with ANY Bill Amend, and this collection is no exception.

Summary: The Fox is on Fire!
Review: Anytime you add, Andy seeing Titanic, Jason's Star Wars Episode 1 anticipation, A hilarious Christmas Carol, and the first buying of an IFruity computer you will end up with a great, great book!

Summary: the BEST comic book ever
Review: Asorted Foxtrot is the best comic book I have bought this year! It's stripes are fantastic! I espesially enjoyed the series of strips about a buisness trip, that was great! I highly recomend this book!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Hilarious, as always
Review: Bill Amend writes great comics and this book combines a lot of them. This book is funny inside and out (the cover, especially the back cover, made me laugh). Some really good strips in "Assorted Foxtrot" are:
Bitty Babies
Titanic
iFruity
Those were my favorites, but the entire book is hiliarious. I highly recommend buying it. Give lil' ol' Foxtrot a chance and you'll be hooked!

Summary: the BEST comic book ever
Review: Foxtrot used to be something of a guilty pleasure for me. At this point, however, I find it necessary to cut the 'pleasure' bit. This comic strip has always worked on unimaginative stereotypes repeated over and over and over, but it was amusing for a time. But, much like Scott Adams, Mr. Amend has clearly reached the limit where he can no longer say the same things over and over and still be funny. While perusing this collection, I played a little game called 'guess the joke,' where I read the first three panels and saw if I could figure out the punchline without looking at it. I had a seventy-percent success rate, at least.

Of course, you do run up against the tragic fact that, no matter how inane and facile this strip is, it's still better than the vast majority of the other ones that clutter up the comics page, just by virtue of having characters with personalities, period. That it's merely 'bad' in a field that's predominantly awful really isn't an excuse to support it, though.

Summary: Foxtrot....not your average simple strip....
Review: Foxtrot, Bill Amend's comic strip about a suburban family of 5, isn't your average Calvin and Hobbes or Garfield. In this strip, Amend uses computer terminology to set his jokes that others may not get. (For example, he uses a lot of hardware terms, and when using the iMac as "iFruit", the computer says.."Welcome to iFruity, hug me." And the mother hugs it and the son says "iThink iWill bSick") Overall, this collection gives you the newest strips and lot of suburban semi-dysfunctional family fun. I would recommend any of the foxtrot collections!!
