Rating: Summary: Tongue in cheek, humour for everyone! Review: Amend produces consistently charming and truly amusing work. Most every day is guaranteed to bring at least a smile, ocassionally a bark of laughter, and ususally a good healthy laugh. Not the masterful subtle social commentary of Calvin & Hobbes, Amend spends the majority of his energy exploring humourous misadventures and putting a smiley face on the little things in life that bug us. The skewed, slightly extremish personalities and traits of the Fox's and their compatriots give a voice and a vision to all the little quirks we see around us every day. Please give us more! (one does wonder, however, exactly whose hand wrote the reviews preceding mine... ; >

Rating: Summary: Excellent As Always Review: Bill Amend keeps churning these books out and they are still great to read. I own every one of the Foxtrot books. They are all excellent.
Rating: Summary: This was a great book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Review: Camp Foxtrot is great! Personally, I think Jason is the best character. He is funny, smart, and has an iguana named Quincy. Everyone should have a copy of this book. It is one of the best books I have ever read (my other favorites are "Foxtrot" books too). One more thing, the characters are Paige, Jason, Roger, Andy, Quincy, Marcus, and Peter. Hope you like this book.
Rating: Summary: YOU'LL LOVE THIS BOOK (I do anyway) Review: Camp Foxtrot will keep you laughing from "Skeeter falls" to Eleen and Phoebe's many gags at Lake Bohrmore Science Camp.A must read.

Rating: Summary: The best Review: Foxtrot being one of the funniest syndicated comics available today (this might be arguable for some, depending on your standard for humor), you'll definitely want this comic book. It is chock full of 250 pages of the popular strip by Bill Amend, and, with very few exceptions, you'll laugh at every strip. The actual "camp" doesn't happen until somewhere near the middle of the book, where brainy Jason and his friend Marcus go to Geek Camp for the summer, just to let you know, but you won't mind, I promise. There is a delightful little bonus kindly provided by the author at the end ("My publisher tells me I have six blank pages to fill") which documents the path that Amend started down in order to become the success he is today. Amend takes six pages to discuss how he creates the strips (does he draw them, or think up the plotline first?) and how he submits and is hired out to do them regularly (so what exactly is the running salary for a cartoonist these days anyway?) with tips on how a person with talent can attempt to do the same. I get genuinely concerned when/if I don't understand the humor in a Foxtrot comic, or if I fail to smile or laugh. That's how good this comic strip is. Yes, there are reused jokes...but to anyone who might complain about them, you have to remember that SOMETHING kept them reading long enough to notice reused jokes!
Rating: Summary: Funny Review: Foxtrot is great, it never fails. That's all there is to it.
Rating: Summary: Foxtrot: The perfect Comic Review: Foxtrot is like the best comic ever. The whole thing is just hilarious! From Pierre to Juan Carlos, Jasorassic Park to Camp Bohrmore, nothing beats this. Believe me, you'll laugh until your stomach hurts. This desrves to be right up there in the top. I have never read anything funnier than this.
