Review: I picked this book out knowing it was going to be great. I have seen one of his stand up acts on video and I knew what to expect. The first couple chapters are pretty much about how much he thought about sex when he was younger. That can really turn a reader off, unless you really wanted to know about that. This sticks out in my mind because it's full of some of his sexual experiences. The book is set up as like a stand up act, little short stories of life's lessons and things that just stick out in his mind. I got over the sexual humor and was able to enjoy this book thouroghly.If you buy this book because you think you like Tim Allen on Home Improvement, you may think twice. This is a totally different kind of humor. Home Improvement is a family show with jokes that can apply to all ages. But books are uncensored, and this one you could say, took advantage of that. But don't let this scare you, it is full of some great jokes.

Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this book. As expected, alot of it follows Tim's stand-up comedy.
It gives a very good insight into where Tim comes from and what makes him tick.
Many women may not enjoy the book, but I think most men will enjoy it

Review: i thought this was going to be like his show, but it was a bit different. I also liked reading the book by the "eight rules" guy (the john ritter show) and the "welcome to the nuthouse" book by peter mckay. those books are about the humor in the american family.

Summary: This title is very misleading.
Review: I was under the impression that this book would make fun of the difference between men and women, not talk about Tim's sex drive. I was very dissapointed when reading this. I thought maybe the subject would change, but to no avail. I really love ToolTime and thought this would be a comedy book to lighten my mood.

Review: I'm a woman and it was pretty funny...it's a bit offensive at some times but anyone with a good sense of humor will absolutely love it! I always liked Tim Allen and it's a good book from a "man's man" point of view!
