Rating: Summary: Same old story, same old song and dance... Review: For an intro to Aerosmith, this is a good book, although the author tells the story with magazine interviews and redundancy. Most people probably already know this info, and he tells it with little creativity. I liked the pictures, though. If you're a hardcore fan and want to get down to the real nitty-gritty, read Walk This Way - it is AWESOME!!
Rating: Summary: Not very good information... Review: I enjoyed this book as a whole, but alot of things were mis-spelled, and I found flaws in some of the facts. I think this author needed to study up and get his facts straight before publishing this book. The best part was the few color photos contained of the band.
Rating: Summary: Pretty good, but not the greatest Review: I liked this book overall, but it was just "ok" after reading Stephen Davis' book on Aerosmith. That book has a lot more info. Some people are actually interested in the childhood of Steven Tyler, more background info, ect. This book brags about not having it.

Rating: Summary: Even better than the Sinclair Lewis version. Review: I love Lewis, and I think his works rock! But I have to tell you that this new version by Huxley (author of Brave New World) hits closer to home, and IMHO is a more authentic translation. I wouldn't junk your Lewis copy. Compare em and see the differences.
Rating: Summary: Great Book for a Great Band Review: I read "Aerosmith: The Rise and Fall of Rock's Greatest Band" It was fabulous. Not only does it help me understand the band and what they went through, but it also helped me learn so much about them. The chapters went in perfect order, and the book actually made me want to read more about Aerosmith. The book was awsome, and very educational. I give it a great reveiw and hope more people read it. ^A^ rocks!

Rating: Summary: Brings back the older Aerosmith fans youth. Review: If you liked Aerosmith from day one, you'll like this book. Book tells more than one would like to admitt. But the older fans have been there and back with the "Bad boys form Boston". It's "Amazing" they're still here! Keep on rockin'.
