Review: I read this book when it first came out as it was lent to me by a friend. I would really like to own a copy of my own - what is with this publisher? The movie version of this book is coming out on ABC 1/5/2000 so you think there would be a market for people to buy this. I like others who have written reviews here had my first crush on David and this book really lets you see David's perspective on his journey through pop-stardom with the good, the bad and the psychedlic bus. Anyway - someone please listen and reprint this book!

Summary: A "Must-Read"!
Review: I didn't realize how lucky I was when I found this book in my local book store several years ago. I wasn't even searching for it....I just happened to see it and bought it. Wow! I have had a crush on David Cassidy since I was 11 years old! The book is an amazing story of how a basically normal young man is thrown into the limelight and what it did to him. I have read this book several times and each time it still captivates me. I wonder how much I could get for the book today? = )

Review: I never heard about this book when it came out, but after I saw E's True Hollywood Story I sought it out on an online auction. I was fortunate enough to be the high bidder among many many bidders. I couldn't put the book down and read it from cover to cover with fascination and a renewed respect for David Cassidy. It's refreshingly honest and revealing, and he makes it perfectly clear that even our greatest icons are people too. Every David Cassidy fan should read this book!

Summary: Very Honest and Enlightening
Review: I read this book when it first came out and thought is was great - unfortunately, I lent it out to someone (forgot who) and never got it back. Please re-print this book. I would buy it again and read it like it was the first time I'm reading it.I saw David live in 1991 - he was an energetic entertainer and it was amazing that I still had that "puppy love" crush even after all these years. I also saw him in 1998 at his CD signing. I got great pictures. He is very personable and approachable, something he probably wasn't and couldn't be in the 70's. PLEASE REPRINT THE BOOK.
