Review: Hurtes does a great job collaborating professional directors' opinions in order to portray the "other side" of the story- the people who choose who makes it and who doesn't. I want to be an actress, and this book helped me discover what to truly look out for when auditioning for a role. The book contains great stuff for any artist, be you an actor, model, dancer, etc. I would recommend this to any hopeful artist who needs a little incite!
