Summary: Cute cards
Review: Great package. I was disappointed with the choice of prints as none of the 5 show Blue Dog in her entirety. Only on the cover of the box do you see all her legs. I heard that the 2001 calendar has been cancelled because of Rodrigue's disgust with the reselling of his stuff on online auctions. These note cards are selling on ebay for over $50 to people that don't know to check amazon.com first. Posters that are still readily available online (Friendship) are selling on ebay for 5 times what they retail for. Always check amazon.com first!

Summary: New Blue Dog Art Included, But Quality Not the Same
Review: I collect the Blue Dog Calendars for the art (a Blue Dog for every week of the year!). Rodrigue now has a new publisher/printer and the change is very noticable. The calendar for 2004 looks more childlike, with a garish bright yellow background on the cover and bright yellow plastic spiral spine (don't know what else to call it). The print quality is not as good as past calendars either. However, it is a great deal for the price. I LOVE the page with Louis Armstrong and Blue Dog. I've only seen this print in expensive Jazz Fest posters.

Summary: Meeting the Blue Dog
Review: I first heard about the Blue Dog from my dying grandmother,Evelyn Waldron. She shared with me the discovery of this story prior to her death. If you are interested in reading about transformations..this could enlighten you.

Summary: Blue Dog Notecards
Review: I liked them so much I orderd two more boxes. Now I have one to use, one to frame and one to keep untouched by human hands. The box they come in is as nice as the cards themselves.

Summary: Nothing but blue...
Review: I picked up Blue Dog on a whim the other day, and sat down to read it alone in my room. It offered a fresh look at love, and its continuance through and beyond death. Tiffany's (Blue Dog) life and death influenced Rodrigue to a very great extent. Yet he did not realize the impact she had until after she passed. I would recommend this book to anyone in need of an hour of thought or, in particular, an hour of true unconditional love.

Summary: GREAT LITTLE WORKS OF ART
Review: I really like these notecards - weird thing is - i didn't buy them to use them as notecards, but to frame them as a small little series. They look great - the colors are extremely vivid and the pictures placed as a series will brighten up any room.

The box that the cards come in is also useful - it's a sturdy little box that i throw all my change in

Summary: Blue Dog Note Cards
Review: If you like Blue Dog (and I do!), you will love these cards. It's not clear in the description, but this set comes with 15 total cards - 3 each of 5 designs. The box is a real collectable, too. I'll buy more - to send and to frame!

Summary: Add to your Blue Dog collection
Review: Well, I am glad that I can finally afford to have Blue Dog in my home! I am a big Blue Dog fan, but can't afford gallery prices of Rodrigue's silkscreens. So these cute little cards will soon be framed and on my walls. Like the other reviewer, I just can't part with them to use them as notecards. I love the sturdy little box they come in as well.

And many thanks to reviewer Rob, who lets us know that the Friendship poster can be found for online ordering! Ordered mine this morning!
