Summary: A most moving tribute
Review: There are few women who inspire such admiration, endear such fascination as Jacqueline Onassis. As a great fan of Keogh's Audrey Style, I eagerly awaited the publication of this book, and feel that with it, Ms. Keogh has surpassed herself. Once again, she has celebrated the strength, dignity, and grace of an elegant woman and once again, in pictures and words, this author has moved me to tears. And my mother too!

Summary: A nice book, but way overpriced.
Review: There is nothing really wrong with this book about Jackie Kennedy except for its cost. It is very much overpriced for what you get, a light hearted biography with a bunch of photographs. Many of the pictures are unusual (some of them never seen before, however, because they are just bad pictures) but there aren't enough to explain the unusually high price. It's an "art book" or "coffee table book" price but the book doesn't live up to it. If you want a coffee table book, buy the Museum catalogue about Jackie's clothes and if you want a lot of pictures, buy the other book about her clothes, "The Clothes of Camelot" book.

Summary: Insightful, captures Jackie's humor, A+
Review: This book is tops. It finally gives us the full sense of Jackie's great sense of humor--which in itself is an expression of style and manner. Keogh spoke with many people who had never been heard. I don't understand all these complaints about seeing photos that were used--many of these are new and unpublished before. Keogh brings a love and joy to this work.

Summary: Gorgeous book
Review: This is a gorgeous and entertaining book. A welcome addition to the Jackie books that are currently available, especially considering the inclusion of many not-seen-before photos. Any Jackie admirer will enjoy adding this to their collection.

Summary: Good and interesting book
Review: This is a interesting book about JKO, but certainly not the best on the shelves. Keogh makes to many shallow assumptions throughout but, the reader can feel that the author maintains respect for JKO. It is also interesting how she decribes JKO's interior designing style, which I loved. She even has pictures of JKO's dressing room in the White House and her drawing room at 1040 Fifth Avenue, which is a VERY beautiful room. Keogh encompasses many aspects of JKO's style, her love of literature and art, and most of all- her family. A good read, worth the price.
