Review: Rose Elliot is one of the only cookbook authors I'll buy in hardback, rather than waiting for a paperback to come out. This, like all her others, is full of appetizing, interesting, and unique recipes that work every time.

Review: The appeal of this book is not only it's delicious ideas, but also that it has many recipes that take almost no time to cook. Also, the ingredients are simple, instructions easy and the pictures mouth-watering. A terrific cookbook for those with little time!
