Jyl Auxter has studied yoga and many other healing methods for over twenty years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition, is a certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Healer. While teaching and cooking in her private studio in Del Mar, California, Jyl has fed and healed many students over the past several years She now travels the world offering workshops, healing sessions and yoga instruction designed to support and guide students on their spiritual journeys.
