Summary: Simple and delicious!
Review: So far I have cooked two of the many full menus presented in this small book. Both meals were savory and beautifully balanced, from begining to end. "Menu for a Riveria Repast" has four dishes, simple to gather ingredients, easy instructions and wonderful results. "A Cold Weather Menu" did not make it back from the table - all was eaten. My only advice is; the desserts are balanced to the Italian taste and lack the sweetness I expect, so I simply increase the sugar.
