Review: This book was o.k.; however, it has very few recipes. It provides detailed information on how to cook a pig in the ground for a luau, and has a few recipes (for 25 or more people) that seem fairly simple to make. I purchased the book to get some menu ideas for a luau that I am having and this book did not provide me with that.
