Summary: every recipe a winner
Review: I've made more than 50% of the recipes and they're all fantastic. The two that weren't *spectacular* were still very good. Instructions are clear and the recipes don't usually require copious amounts of preparation. I've given this book as a gift and I'm going to pick up her Thai book in the hopes it's as wonderful as this.
