Summary: Good Theme
Review: Congratulation for your book, but the title is too general because arabic cooking is not the same from North Africa to Persic Golf. In North Africa which is an Arabic continent Some of this country (Algeria, Morocco, Tunes, Libia) rice is not part of daily food but in Libano, Siria, irak... it 's like bread for them. In North Africa they eat CUSCUS, in Lebano, siria, egipt... they do not eat it daily or is not a traditional food. I am only clearing up some word "arabic" but I congratulate you.
