Summary: This is one of the best cookbooks I have.
Review: I always keep it on the kitchen counter. It's got great recipes, but the best part is all the reference info. I can never remember conversions (like how many pints in a quart) and it has all that stuff. It answers all those questions that the fancy "gourmet" books don't. It's made me into a much better cook.
