Review: I grew up surrounded by Italian bakeries. I received this book as a gift after moving away. The cookies are excellent and are of bakery quality. They may be frozen and are still delicious. The book also lists resources for any special supplies you may not be able to find locally. I have received many requests for the cookie cake for a variety of social functions.
