Summary: the best book in mexican cuisine
Review: I used to own this book, i almost tried every recipe on it, it was easy to follow, has a picture of every item and even some comments about how to make recipes more economical or how to substitute some of the ingredients. I miss this book so much and now i'm going to have to buy some more of the same collection. This is written by a mexican woman who knows what "real" mexican food is. You will impress your guests with some of the recipes, like the spanish paella or the stuffed poblano peppers. Enjoy!
