Review: This is a great cookbook for anyone who wants to make great-tasting food that does not take a whole day to make! The contributors to this cookbook are mothers of several children who are used to making things quickly. Some of the best recipies: Ceasar Salad, Marinaded Green Bean Salad, Meat Roll with Mushroom Sauce (excellent, bec most of these things youll have in your pantry already, and it takes only 30 minutes) also, Butterscotch Brownies, Easy Cornbread, Salmon Roll with Cucumber Sauce, Honey Mustard Coasted Chicken, and Tuna Enchiladas (this is a fun dish thats really easy and tastes like its from a resturant).There are lots of great traditional Kosher reciepies as well which are a nice treat if you have never had them before! This cookbook has all types of food in it and is lots of fun, a great cookbook to have!
