Summary: excellent book even for the Carnivors!
Review: This book offers delicious recipes. I'm not a vegetarian, but my family aren't big meat eaters either. So I bought this book to find an alternative to cooking without meat. The book offers hearty and delicious recipes. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the book doesn't give a yield to how many persons the recipes will make. I give 5 stars for the recipes though!
