Summary: Minimalist Griller: Maximum Fun
Review: Yeah sure another BBQ book. This one made me look like a seasoned pro. I'm normally a clutz near a grill. Blacked chicken (burnt) is my normal offering to guests. Too much time guessing about cooking times and ingredients too. Abel's book provided clear instructions and flavorful, creative, easyly grilled feasts. I hope there is a second edition with more recipes.
