Review: I thought this book was out of print. I've used mine so much, through babies and puppies and counter spills and broken bindings that I searched Amazon to replace it. The format is easy to follow and the following recipes I have used for 20 years with the enthusiastic reception of family and friends: Stir-Fry Beef with Oyster Sauce and Broccoli; Stir-Fry Chicken in Plum Sauce; Stir-Fry Shrimp in Hoisin Sauce. With good ingredients from your local Asian market you can prepare authentic Chinese dishes.
