Review: I have used this book for about 10 years.

The recipes taste good and are well suited to day-to-day cooking.
All of the recipes are vegetarian and most of them are vegan.
I liked that the recipes had serving suggestions for making complete meals.

The book has an interesting history of legume use in addition to very helpful information on identifying, preparing, storing, and cooking beans.

I would buy this book again if a revised edition came out with only vegan recipes. The only other thing I would like to see is nutrition information with each recipe.
