Review: Congratulations to the Women's Culinary Network for producing such a wonderful collection of delicious recipes. This book is well organized and easy to follow. The combined knowledge of the WCN members is amazing and they are generous in sharing it with their readers. They also provide an interesting insight into the background and motivation of the individual talented Canadian Chefs who contributed recipes reflecting diverse ethnic tastes: Greek,Indian,French, Italian, British, Lebanese, etc. etc. as well as Vegetarian delights. It is an excellent read!
