Review: This book has some astounding recipes that you can make with ingredients you probably already have. Simple combinations of spices and staples make for wonderful taste sensations. The meats are superb, the side dishes are amazing. Everytime I serve dishes from the recipes in this book, I get rave reviews.
Worth the price for the Pork Arista and Potatoes Maxime alone are worth the price of the book.
