Review: I have tried & or studied this entire book . Not one of the recipes was anything like what I have experieced at the many chinese restaurants I have patronized across this country .This is one of two cookbooks that I have ever gotten rid of in my life.

Summary: If You Like Chinese Take-Out, Then Read This Recipe Book
Review: I love this book. This book took the mystery out of Asian fast food take out for me about 15 years ago. The recipes produce food that tastes like the dishes that I have eaten at various and less expensive Asian fast food establishments. But the meals cost a lot less to make at home. And it is quick and easy, too. Count 15 minutes from meal preparation beginning and have yourself a Chinese food feast by the end. A great book for college students, techies, and women that wear too many hats as it is.
