Summary: Great if you have space for entertaining.
Review: This book was an "entertaining" read yet (sorry-pun intended) I felt that there was very little advice for those of us who have small homes (apartments etc) and open plan kitchens, for example. How does one plan a party when your guests will not only see everything you do, but will also be in the way of your doing it? It was fabulous for those who have dedicated entertainment areas and I am sure that I will find it useful once I have moved into a larger home. A good read, though-full of good ideas- and worth buying for its reference value and recipes alone.
