Review: This cook book has been a staple in my kitchen since I moved out on my own. One little impulse buy and I have a cookbook that I have used so much it is falling apart. The shredded tacos are scrumptious, the pesto is to die for, and the mandarin orange sesame salad is unbeatable. When I want an easy and fast recipe, which is always the case, I use this simple cookbook. It lists out what I need to buy in an easy-to-read fashion, and the directions are simple to follow. A terrific buy!
