Review: I found this book on a friends bookshelf. I am a Chef and own the Reminisce Restaurant in Summerville, S.C. We have about 3 Weddings a month and I have to bake a lot of wedding cakes. I found a lot of short cuts and methods that I use all the time. I only wish this book would be republished so I could obtain a copy. Ginny Regopoulos
