Rating: Summary: Casserole Cookbook by Myra Waldo Review: In the 1970's, I worked for Pan American Airlines in NYC. Myra Waldo was their food consultant. She's written a slew of books that I collect. This is my favorite one. Since I traveled so much, I wanted to recreate the food of the countries I visited at home. This book has all kinds of recipes, from all kinds of places. Most of them take awhile, as many are along the line of stews, such as Boeuf Bourginnone. But, they are easy to assemble, and once in the pan, all you have to do is stir them. I highly recommend this book. Lots of exotic and not so exotic meals, that are easy to do. Marie
