Rating: 5 stars
Summary: a complete book in wines from Argentina
Review: I am the author of this book, so I do not want to call this a review (please forgot the 5 stars, but to post this review I needed to complete that mandatory field...). I just would like to explain what is this book all about. Well, first of all, it's a book talking about argentinian wines. Everything about it: grape varieties, soils, regions, history, and best wine recommendations. All over the book you will find comparaisons between what is done in argentina and what is done in other parts of the world. I should also say that the book covers an entire range of general wine subjects as: how wine is made; how sparkling wine is made; Oak casks and vat tanks wine maturation; how to cellar your wine; how wine ages; how does one know which wines to age and which wines to drink; what kind of glasses should we use for each wine; Decanting or not decanting; big bottle sizes; corkscrews; how to use port tongues (Pliers);how to taste wine; etc... and, of course, how to choose the correct argentine dish for each of the argentine kind of wines that are actually produced in that fascinating country.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great Book not just on Argentine wine but on wine in general
Review: I work with Argentine wine, and when I wish to introduce someone who doesn't know much about Argentine wine or wine in general, I always get them this book. It is a great overview not just on Argentine wine, but on wine in general. Highly recommended; both the English and Spanish versions are well-written.
