Review: Cheesy name. But this is a great source of good, healthy food ideas. The book contains an amazing array of recipes, starting with appetizers, and ranging to one-dish dinners and "company's coming" dishes.

I am eating a meal from this cookbook right now. It's called Chicken Palm Desert. This dish has an odd, delicious, and vaugely indian / oriental / eastern european flavors that my wife and I preparing it every 3 or 4 weeks.
