Summary: Lighthearted Vegetarian Gets International
Review: A fun book to read and to cook with, this informative tour of the world features amazing vegetarian delights. The menus are tasty and nutritious and most are easy to prepare. Steve Victor is very practical and innovative. The recipes are so easy to follow you won't miss not having a picture to look at.

Summary: I've bought lots of these!
Review: When I've given it as a wedding present, the guy has frequently come up to me later and said something about a cookbook that he could use. From my point of view, being written by a non-cook is a quibble, but....

I make his stuffed peppers a lot, no one has ever fussed about their being low fat, especially since they are good cold.

If you don't cook "whole meals"--main dishes plus sides his "serves 2" comes out about right--I can't eat the whole thing at once, friends thought that was one of the wonderful things about the book.
