She matches pasta sauces with the style of pasta for which they are most appropriate. Her use of easily obtainable fresh ingredients makes this a practical book. The recipes are simple and straight-forward, and exceptionally tasty. Recipes range from the traditional bolgonase and pesto, through to no cook sauces and oven baked dishes. There are recipes for every occasions, and they all taste great. If you love Italian pasta, and want no-fuss cooking, this is the book you must have.
