Review: I have come to rely on this cookbook as my absolute favorite when a special occasion arises. The menu is set, with suggestions for alternatives, and a schedule as to how to accomplish the entire preparation with a minimal hassle. Ingredients a fairly sophisticated without involving an extensive list of hard-to-find exotica. Flavor combinations are superb, and instructions clear and concise. I have given this book to two daughters and a sister-in-law (an excellent cook in her own right), and now need two more copies for new daughters-in-law. Enough said!
