Review: I am a cookbook JUNKIE and own about 4 cookbooks just on Pasta. This one has more recipes that I absolutely adore than any other I have in my collection. I have my own pasta maker and combining that with the many varieties of recipes for sauces and combinations, our meals at home are becoming more and more varied and colorful, not to mention healthy and delicious. I highly recommend this cookbook to people. The only thing I would like more of is a few photos but the recipes are easy to follow with common ingredients. Just pull out the book and whip up dinner in just a few minutes. Great!
