Review: This small paperback is not worth it's own modest price: the recipies are poor and limited, the book is small and tightly bound so it's really difficult to use when you're cooking. Plus the line drawings are a waste of time. With so many really good, easy to use and attractive herbal cookbooks out there, why was this book even written or published? Be sure to avoid the author's companion book, Summer Cooking With Herbs; it's equally as bad! Don't waste your time. Instead, check out these books: Sage Cottage Herb Garden Cookbook, A Cook's Guide To Growing Herbs, Greens and Aromatics, The Herb Companion Cooks, or Recipies From An American Herb Garden.
