Review: I love to cook and try different techniques in my kitchen. After purchasing a new clay pot and feeling quite the novice, I began searching for a book that would give me some fairly detailed instructions for cooking in clay. While there are probably better books on the market for explaining the "do's" and "don't's" of claypot cooking, this book's photographs spurred me on to try out my pot with enough information to sufficiently get me started. There are plenty of tasty recipes to keep one experimenting with this wonderful, historical cooking method without becoming bored. This book is a delightful addition to anyone's kitchen shelf of cookbooks.
