Review: I think this book is awesome! I was looking through it at a friends house and thought I would copy down a few recipies to take home. With evry turned page I found recipies that I liked so I thought I'd simply have to own this book. Not only is there great recipies for diabetics but for all who are health concious as well. I especially enjoyed the brunch section! This cookbook is definately a keeper!
