Summary: Everything from Basic to Extravagant with Ease
Review: I got this book as a gift, and have been through it many times letting my mouth water at the wonderful pictures tryin to figure out what to make next. While I've only made a handfull of the many desserts in this book, all but one have been outstanding. The one that we didn't love was from the "Low-Calorie" section...so it's not a big surprise....but even that wasn't terrible, and was very easy to make.

It really does take you step by step through all the wonderful recipes, not to mention the section in the beginning with basic description of how to make many base items such as pie crusts.

Our favorites so far are the Carrot Cake with Maple Butter Icing, Rich Chocolate Berry Tart, Magic Chocolate Mud Cake, and Mississippi Pecan Pie....with so many more on the to do list for future occasions.
