Summary: WOW - - A gastronomic intellectual feast!
Review: This book will make a believer out of anyone. The recipes cover the gamut of Texas-fused cooking. Refreshing not to have the usual Texas fare. Something for every discerning palate. Its also a good read..and the artwork is tremendous.

Summary: The Texas Rip-Off
Review: This is absolutely one of the worst cookbooks ever written--if it doesn't have cilantro, avocado, Rotel canned tomatoes or LOTS of heavy cream as an ingredient, it's probably not in this book. This one is right up there with Enron!
