Review: This is a one of a kind textbook in that it covers a wide variety of middle eastern famous dishes. In addition to providing precise instructions on how each dish is made, it does a wonderful job of showing pictures of the finished products. I was surprised by the amount of effort that went to the development of each dish and associated photographs. For the price of one meal, you have hundreds of dishes that can be easily made in the privacy of your home. You can actually impress family and friends with the delicious dishes you can prepare by following the simple instructions given by Mrs. Yako.
