Review: I like this book for several reasons. They are all family recipes which have beed "tried and true". They are the old-fashioned, easy to prepare recipes that turn out delicious!! You do not have to search a thousand places for ingredients. The book is also spiral bound, an extra convenience and also divided up by category which makes it easy to find any recipe you are looking for. The appetizers and salad recipes are a favorite which I use for parties often or even just small get togethers. I also enjoy the main dinner recipes also which are divided into categories such as beef, pork, chicken, fish, italian, oriental, etc. The desserts in this book are REALLY good too!!! A lot of good cake recipes and cookie recipes! At the end of the book, it also has several pages listing helpful advice from how to store your food, to removing crayon marks, getting stains off a garage floor or clothing, etc. This has been helpful a lot of times! I would recommend this book highly.
