Review: This is a great resource for starting your own Gormet Club! If you aren't familiar with Gormet Clubs, it is a group of individuals, couples or teams that rotate hosting a gormet event. Each team is assigned something to bring to the event, usually fitting in a theme (like Mexican, German, or Comfort Food). This book talks specifically about the club the author was a part of, though the book never implies that "this is how it has to be done". She gives detailed ideas for setting up a club, planning an event, carrying out the event and recipe/theme ideas. We are just getting starting hosting a gormet club and got several great ideas from this book.
