Review: As a contributor to CHILIMANIA, I was very impressed with how the Geltner's put it all together. I have loaned my copy to many friends and co-workers over the years when they were in need of a "change" from the good old recipe they had been using for years. Everybody I borrowed it to was also very impressed with the variety of recipes included in the book. In fact, one such person was so impressed, they moved out of state and took my book with them, and I've never seen it since. So I am now going to have to purchase a copy to replace my original complimentary copy given to my by the Geltners when I contributed my prize winning recipe, "Yankee Chili". However, I don't mind, as there were so many other's I did try "for a change" and enjoyed as much as I did my own. Wonderful book, I recommend it to anyone who loves chili.
