Review: This masterpiece can only be described as Dave Barry meets Emilio the Chef. Unsafe on Any Burner is filled with histarical anticdotes, recipes, and cooking blunders for the begining cook. Fred Gosman hits a homerun with this hard to put down classic. The humor, wisdom, and prose of this literary triumph would even impress the likes of Mark Twain(god rest his soul). My only complaint is the $23 price tag. Please try to price the book for the likes of the common man. Kudos to Mr. Gosman for this gift to humanity.
