Review: I purchased one of these books and all the family want to borrow it so am purchasing a number of copies to have on hand as gifts for the younger members of our family who haven't the time to cook involved recipes. These recipes are easy and made from things one normally has in the pantry or can pick up in a quick stop at the supermarket.
